1. Bed
The bed adopts a bed structure with flat guide rails, and high-quality resin sand castings are selected. The width of the bed guide rails is 390mm. The guide rails are precision ground after medium-frequency quenching, and the mating surfaces of each guide rail are manually scraped to make the machine tool have good wear resistance and precision retention.
2. Spindle
It adopts a large-aperture (¦Õ105) fully stepless variable speed independent spindle with a speed range of 5 to 1200r/min, featuring stable operation and low noise.
3. CNC system
The system adopts the special bus numerical control system for lathe, which has high control precision and fast moving speed. Equipped with bus servo unit and absolute servo motor, the servo parameters can be directly set and modified on the system. The background editing function saves auxiliary time and improves production efficiency; track preview inspection; chip breaking function realizes automatic chip breaking during rough machining, prolongs tool life and improves production efficiency. The system is equipped with an 8.4-inch display screen, which supports user main program calling, U disk file operation, system U disk upgrade and other functions.
