1. Bed part
The bed casting is made of high-grade mihanna cast iron, which has been manually calibrated. The guide rail adopts medium frequency quenching grinding and pasting technology, and is manually scraped to ensure good wear resistance and accuracy retention of the machine tool. After medium frequency quenching and precision grinding, the worktable surface has good hardness and accuracy, ensuring long-lasting and reliable processing standards.
2. Milling head part
The main shaft is made of chromium molybdenum alloy steel, which has undergone quenching and tempering treatment, local high-frequency quenching treatment, and precision grinding. It adopts P5 grade precision bearings, bearing spacers, and bearings that are separately matched with the original factory to ensure both rotational accuracy and good rigidity and durability of the main shaft. After high-frequency quenching of the upper and lower clutches of the variable speed gear spindle, precision grinding is carried out. After the pulley, variable speed gear, and clutch parts are installed, a dynamic balance test is carried out to ensure low noise and vibration during the operation of the milling head. There are 16 adjustable rotational speeds ranging from 70 to 4600r/min, which can meet the processing needs of various specifications and materials.
The automatic feed speed of the milling head is adjustable in three gears, ensuring the smooth operation of the spindle during boring, drilling, reaming, and expanding processing. The feed release mechanism can effectively prevent feed overload and ensure the safe and stable operation of the machine tool.

Relative humidity: within the range of 30% to 95%, and the principle of humidity change is that it should not cause condensation.
